1) THAT it has been proven to the satisfaction of this meeting that it is advisable to wind up the company and, accordingly, that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Michael Jennings and David Warnock, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up (to act jointly and severally).

At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors, duly convened pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, and held on the same day, the appointment of Michael Jennings and David Warnock was confirmed.
