A first and final dividend to Unsecured creditors is intended to be declared in the above matter within 2 months of the last date of proving being 14 January 2025.

Any creditor who has not yet lodged a proof of debt, with full supporting documentation, must do so by 14 January 2025. Creditors should send their claims to Kroll Advisory Ltd., The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 1EW. A creditor who has not proved their debt by this date will be excluded from this dividend or any other dividend declared before their debt is proved.

In accordance with the provisions of Part 14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, a creditor whose debt is a ‘small debt’ not exceeding £1,000 is deemed to have proved for the purposes of determination and payment of this dividend and is not required to prove their debt as described by this notice unless advised otherwise by the Joint Administrators.

Steven Muncaster (IP No. 9446) and Stephen Clancy (IP No. 8950) of The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 1EW were appointed Joint Administrators on 19 December 2019.

Steven Muncaster and Stephen Clancy have since left Kroll and have therefore ceased to act as Joint Administrators of the Company. Mark Blackman and Sarah Rayment of Kroll have replaced them.

A Block Transfer Order (High Court of Justice, Business & Property Courts in Manchester CR-2024- MAN-001263 and CR-2024-MAN-001264) was obtained on 8 October 2024. The Orders provided for the formal replacement of Steven Muncaster and Stephen Clancy from office and the appointment of Mark Blackman (IP No. 29630) and Sarah Rayment (IP No. 9162) as Joint Administrators.
