The virtual meeting will be held on 4 December 2024 at 12.00 noon. A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: The establishing of a Liquidation Committee and That the Joint Liquidators’ fees be fixed by reference to the time given by them and their staff in attending to matters arising in the Liquidation, such time to be charged at the hourly charge out rate of the grade of staff undertaking the work at the time it was undertaken.
