A petition has been presented for the winding up of the above-named company on 2 July 2024 by Jade Roberts on behalf of the Directors of KSI Services Limited of 2nd Floor Medway Bridge House, 1-8 Fairmeadow, Maidstone, Kent ME14 1JP upon the basis that that the Company is unable to pay its debts as they fall due in accordance with section 123(1)(e) of the Insolvency Act 1986. The petition will be heard at High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts, (via MS Teams remote hearing), on 15 November 2024, at 11.30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear at the hearing (whether to support or oppose the petition) must give notice of that intention in accordance with rule 7.14 of The Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 not later than 4pm on the business day before that which is appointed for the hearing (or, where the hearing has been adjourned, for the adjourned hearing).
