NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT AND INVITATION FOR CREDITORS TO PROVE
Notice is given pursuant to section 226(1) of the Isle of Man Companies Act 1931, as applied by section 182 of the Isle of Man Companies Act 2006 that the following Written Resolutions of the Shareholder were duly passed on the 26 September 2024 and a Meeting of Creditors of the Company was held on 26 September 2024. Shareholders and creditors resolved “THAT the Company is wound up by creditors voluntary liquidation” and “THAT Gordon Wilson of FRP Advisory (Isle of Man) Ltd be appointed Liquidator of the Company”.
If you believe that you are a creditor of the Company, please contact FRP Advisory (Isle of Man) Ltd for a proof of debt form at 6th Floor, Victory House, Prospect Hill, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1EQ. The final date for proving claims is the 15 October 2024. Pursuant to The Companies (Winding Up) Rules 1934 R83(1) failure to prove your debt may result in exclusion from the benefit of any distribution made in the liquidation.
