Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, to the creditors, by Lee Manning and Cameron Gunn, the Joint Administrators of the Company, that we intend to declare a first and final dividend to the preferential creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.

Preferential creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 30 October 2024, the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to our agents, Evolve IS (“Evolve”), PO Box 8467, Swadlincote, DE11 1HE, and, if so requested by us/Evolve, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A preferential creditor who has not proved their debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because they have not participated in it. No further public advertisement or invitation to prove debts will be given.
