At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London, N12 8LY on 9 September 2024, the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution were duly passed:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Paul Weber (IP No. 9400) and David Rubin (IP No. 2591) both of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, Finchley, London, N12 8LY be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time.”
