To the shareholders of Darcy Products Limited (‘the Company’). Take notice that by resolutions of the Company dated 29th August 2024 the Company adopted new articles of association entitling the Company to purchase the shares of certain shareholders and duly exercised those rights (’the buyback’). Pursuant to the buyback any affected shareholders must write to the Company to claim the consideration paid for their shares by no later than 28th February 2025. If the Company does not receive notice in writing claiming the proceeds by such date, the money held will be forfeited to the Company.
