BLOCK TRANSFER OF APPOINTMENTS

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order of Chief ICC Judge Briggs in the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Companies and Insolvency List dated 29 August 2024 (the "Order"):-

Administration

That Blair Carnegie Nimmo be removed from the office of joint administrator of the below companies and that (i) James Alexander Dewar, Insolvency Practitioner, c/o Interpath Ltd, 31 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh, EH2 4ET be appointed joint administrator alongside the remaining office-holder in relation to the companies set out at Part 1 below; (ii) Alistair McAlinden, Insolvency Practitioner, c/o Interpath Ltd, 31 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh, EH2 4ET be appointed joint administrator alongside the remaining office-holder in relation to the companies set out at Part 2 below; (iii) Richard John Harrison, Insolvency Practitioner, c/o Interpath Ltd, 10th Floor, One Marsden Street, Manchester M2 1HW be appointed joint administrator alongside the remaining office-holder in relation to the company set out at Part 3 below; (iv) Richard Heis, Insolvency Practitioner, c/o Interpath Ltd, 9th Floor, 10 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RB be appointed joint administrator alongside the remaining office-holder in relation to the company set out at Part 4 below and (v) no replacement administrator be appointed and the joint office-holder remain in place in relation to the company set out at Part 5 below.

That in respect of his appointment as joint administrator in respect of the below noted companies, that Blair Carnegie Nimmo be discharged from any liability in respect of his actions as joint administrator and released from office 28 days after the advertisement of this Order in the London Gazette.

Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation

That Blair Carnegie Nimmo be removed from the office of joint liquidator of the below companies, and that (i) Geoffrey Isaac Jacobs, Insolvency Practitioner, c/o Interpath Ltd, 130 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5HF be appointed joint liquidator alongside the remaining office-holder in relation to the company set out at Part 1 below; (ii) James Alexander Dewar, Insolvency Practitioner, c/o Interpath Ltd, 31 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh, EH2 4ET be appointed joint liquidator alongside the remaining office-holder in relation to the companies set out at Part 2 below and (iii) Alistair McAlinden, Insolvency Practitioner, c/o Interpath Ltd, 31 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh, EH2 4ET be appointed joint liquidator alongside the remaining office-holder in relation to the companies set out at Part 3 below.

Members’ Voluntary Liquidation

That Blair Carnegie Nimmo be removed from the office of joint liquidator of the below companies, and that Howard Smith, Insolvency Practitioner, c/o Interpath Ltd, Tailors Corner, 1 Thirsk Row, Leeds, LS1 4DP be appointed joint liquidator alongside the remaining office-holder.

Compulsory Liquidation

That Blair Carnegie Nimmo be removed from the office of joint liquidator of the below companies, and that (i) Alistair McAlinden, Insolvency Practitioner, c/o Interpath Ltd, 31 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh, EH2 4ET be appointed joint liquidator alongside the remaining office-holder in relation to the company set out at Part 1 below; (ii) Michael Leeds, Insolvency Practitioner, c/o Interpath Ltd, 9th Floor, 10 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RB be appointed joint liquidator alongside the remaining office-holder in relation to the companies set out at Part 2 below and (iii) Jonathan Thielmann, Insolvency Practitioner, c/o Interpath Ltd, 9th Floor, 10 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RB be appointed joint liquidator alongside the remaining office-holder in relation to the company set out at Part 3 below.

Bankruptcies

That Blair Carnegie Nimmo be removed from the office of trustee in bankruptcy of the below debtors and that (i) in relation to the debtors set out at Part 1 below, the remaining office-holders for each case continue as officeholders in respect of the appointments; and (ii) in relation to the debtors set out at Part 2 below, Michael Leeds, Insolvency Practitioner, c/o Interpath Ltd, 9th Floor, 10 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RB be appointed joint trustee in bankruptcy alongside the remaining office-holder.

That the creditors / members in each of the cases listed above be notified of the Order by this notice within 21 days of the date of the Order and at the time of the next statutory reporting requirement for each case.

That any creditor in respect of any of the companies / debtors listed above who has an objection to the Order shall have 28 days from the date of this notice to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of the Order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the block transfer cases listed above until further or other order by the court.

That the outgoing officeholder shall file a copy of the Order with each of the Courts listed above and shall serve a copy of the Order on the Secretary of State.

That there be no order as regards the costs of the application.
