Please note that further to requests for a physical meeting reaching one of the prescribed thresholds pursuant to Section 379ZA of the Insolvency Act 1986, a physical meeting of the creditors will be held at Begbies Traynor, 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London E14 5NR on 18 September 2024 at 11:00 am. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the approval of the Joint Liquidators request for an increase in their fees estimate.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting (either in person or by proxy), creditors must have submitted a proof in respect of their claim (unless a proof has already been submitted) to the Convener via the contact details below, by no later than 4pm on 17 September 2024.
