A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Suite 12, 51 Pinfold Street, Birmingham, B2 4AY, presented on 3 July 2024 by I.T.I HOLDINGS LIMITED of Unit 18, Listerhills Science Park, Bradford, BD7 1HR (the Petitioner), claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard in the County Court at Bradford, Exchange Square, Drake Street, Bradford, BD1 1JA, on 2 September 2024, at 11am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
