Notice is hereby given that on 9 July 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia that MQ ESTATE AGENTS AND LETTINGS LTD with its registered office care of Donnachie Chartered Accountants, 62 Templeton Street, Glasgow G40 1DA be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Ayr by interlocutor dated 22nd July 2024 appointed James Dewar and Alistair McAlinden, Interpath Limited trading as Interpath Advisory and Cleanslate, 130 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5AS to be joint provisional liquidators of MQ ESTATE AGENTS AND LETTINGS LTD and ordained the said MQ ESTATE AGENTS AND LETTINGS LTD and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
