Notice is hereby given that on 14th June 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Lanark craving the Court inter alia that Cee Mee Ltd, with its Registered Office at 12 Abbygreen, Lesmahagow, Lanark, ML11 0EQ be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Lanark by interlocutor dated 9th July 2024 ordained the said Cee Mee Ltd and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at 24 Hope Street, Lanark within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
