Notice is hereby given that on 4 July 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Glasgow by CLASS ONE TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT LIMITED, Class One House, Seabegs Road, Bonnybridge, Stirlingshire, FK4 2AQ, craving the Court inter alia that PARTS PALACE LTD, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC654331) having its Registered Office at 272 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4JR (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 4 July 2024; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
