LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907
Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, with effect from 30 June 2024 each of (i) Pantheon Europe Fund VII, L.P., (ii) BVK Private Equity 2011, L.P., (iii) Pantheon Multi-Strategy Primary Program 2014, L.P. - Series 7 and (iv) Lincoln Brook Opportunities Fund, L.P. (each, a “Transferor”) assigned to Hollyport Secondary Opportunities VIII Limited (the “Transferee”) the whole of its interest in Rutland Fund III LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP015651, and that, with effect from that date the Transferee became a limited partner in the Partnership.
