Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 (the "Act"), that as of 2 July 2024, SSL Group (UK) Limited, has transferred its interest as a limited partner in SSL Investments (DP3) LP, a Scottish limited partnership registered in Scotland with registration number SL019549 (the "Partnership"), to Noble MidCo S.à r.l., which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
