Notice is hereby given that on 4 July 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Ayr Sheriff Court by J B Black (Ayrshire) Limited craving the Court inter alia that J B Black (Ayrshire) Limited having its registered office at Bairdsmill, Crosshill, Ayrshire, KA19 7PU be wound up by the Court and that Judith Howson and David McGinness of AAB Business & Tax Advisory LLP, Kingshill View, Kingswells Causeway Prime Four Business Park, Kingswells, Aberdeen, United Kingdom, AB15 8PU be appointed as joint interim liquidators after service, intimation and advertisement and the Sheriff ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Airdrie Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, and in the meantime appointed Judith Howson and David McGinness of AAB Business & Tax Advisory LLP, Kingshill View, Kingswells Causeway Prime Four Business Park, Kingswells, Aberdeen, United Kingdom, AB15 8PU as joint provisional liquidators with the powers specified in Part II and III of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
