Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that as of 30 June 2024, VZWL PRIVATE EQUITY GMBH & CO. GESCHLOSSENE INVESTMENT KG has transferred its interest as a limited partner in 3I EUROPARTNERS VB LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP011420, to PATRIA LIGHT (GUERNSEY) LIMITED, which has been admitted as a new limited partner in the Partnership.
