Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 NOTICE is hereby given that, on 30 June 2024, UMBALTI FBO The Endowment PMF Master Fund, L.P transferred their interest in Darwin Private Equity I LP (the “Partnership”), represented by a capital contribution of £63.37, to a new limited partner, CSP IV Holdings, L.P., and subsequently ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership.
