Notice is hereby given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules").

It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY. The virtual meeting will be held as follows:

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

That a committee be established if sufficient nominations are received by 25 July 2024; and

That the basis of the Joint Liquidators’ fees for Parker Andrews Limited be fixed by reference to the time properly given by the Joint Liquidators and their staff in attending to matters arising in the winding up of the Company, such time to be charged at the prevailing standard hourly charge out rates used by the firm at the time when the work is performed;

FRP Advisory’s fees will be based on a percentage of gross assets realised into the liquidation estate, as follows: 100% of the first £20,000 realised (net of VAT); 25% of all gross realisations above £20,000 (net of VAT).

This virtual meeting will be recorded in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting. All proofs of debt must be delivered by: 4pm on 25 July 2024. All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 11:30am on 26 July 2024.

Date of appointment: 19 May 2023. Nicholas Cusack and Paul Atkinson were appointed Joint Liquidators of Click St Andrews Limited on 27 October 2023. Nicholas Cusack was removed as officeholder by an Order of the Court dated 24 January 2024 and Grace Jones was appointed Joint Liquidator of the Company on the same date. Paul Atkinson remains appointed as Joint Liquidator.
