1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The London Borough of Hounslow proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders would be to:

(a) Introduce no waiting at any time restrictions in the following lengths of road;

(i) Alexandra Gardens, Chiswick, the north-west side, adjacent to Nos. 98, 103 and 108 Alexandra Gardens;

(ii) Alexandra Road, Hounslow, the south-west side, opposite Nos. 65 to 45 Alexandra Road

; (iii) Argyle Road, Hounslow, the north-west side, outside Nos. 21 to 23 Argyle Road;

(iv) Basildene Road, Hounslow, the east side, at the side of No. 97 Francis Road and at the side of No. 438 Bath Road;

(v) Bath Road, Chiswick, the south-east side, opposite St. Michael and All Angel’s Church, outside Nos. 4 and 6 Bath Road, outside No. 36 Bath Road, outside No. 48 Bath Road, outside Nos. 52 to 58 Bath Road and outside No. 62 Bath Road;

(vi) Bath Road, the north-west side, outside Nos. 17 to 21 Bath Road, outside No. 37 Bath Road and outside Nos. 39 to 43 Bath Road;

(vii) Beavers Lane, Hounslow, the south-west side, from its junction with the private road leading Beavers Crescent to opposite the side of No. 51 Salisbury Road and outside No. 322 Beavers Lane;

(viii) Beavers Lane, Hounslow, the north-east side, from a point adjacent to No. 5 Beavers Lane to opposite No. 92 Beavers Lane, outside Nos. 39 to 47 Beavers Lane;

(ix) Arundel Road, Hounslow the north-west side, outside Nos. 35 and 37 Arundel Road;

(x) Chester Road, Hounslow, both sides, outside Nos. 1 and 2 Chester Road and at its junction with Fusiliers Way;

(xi) Chester Road, Hounslow, the west side, opposite Nos. 79 to 85 Chester Road;

(xii) Great South-West Road (the service road fronting Nos. 116 to 138 Great South-West Road) Hounslow, the north-west side, from opposite its junction with Beavers Lane to the access to the car park of Hope Church;

(xiii) Field Lane, Brentford, the south-west side, opposite its junction with Brickfield Close and opposite the side of Nos. 2 to 10 London Road;

(xiv) Field Lane, Brentford, the north-east side, adjacent Nos. 2 to 10 London Road;

(xv) Frampton Road, Hounslow, the north-east side, from opposite the side of No. 6 Dorney Way to the side of No. 18 Heathlands Way, adjacent to No. 16 to 20 Frampton Road, at the rear of Nos. 13 to 17 Pickers Road, adjacent to No. 1 Beaulieu Close, adjacent to No. 54 Beaulieu Close and opposite No. 2 Cauldron Mews;

(xvi) Frampton Road, Hounslow, the south-west side, adjacent to No. 11 Pickwick Close, from the side of No. 8 Vickers Road to opposite its junction with Crestwood Way, from opposite the rear of No. 13 Crestwood Way to opposite the side of No. 1 Bramley Way, from its junction with Dorney Way to its junction with Staines Road and from its junction with Nursery Gardens to opposite its junction with Beaulieu Close;

(xvii) Francis Road, Hounslow, both sides, opposite and adjacent to No. 7 Rosemary Avenue;

(xviii) Vickers Way, Hounslow, the north-east side, outside No. 6 Vickers Way and at the rear of No. 18 to 29 Alliance Close;

(xix) Vickers Way, Hounslow, the south-west side, from the rear of No. 26 to 41 Bennet Close to the rear of No. 13 to 18 Sheridan Court;

(xxix) Manor Lane, Feltham, the south-west side, from its junction with High Street to opposite Feltham Evangelical Church and from outside Goulding house to the north-westernmost extremity of the road;

(xxx) Manor Lane, Feltham, the north-east side, at its junction with High Street and from outside Feltham Evangelical Church to the north-westernmost extremity of Manor Lane (including turning head);

(xxxi) Meadowbank Gardens, both sides, adjacent to and opposite the side of No. 9 Clevedon Gardens;

(xxxii) Meadowbank Gardens, Hounslow, the west side, outside Nos. 106 to 114 Meadowbank Gardens;

(xxxiii) Meadowbank Gardens, Hounslow, the east side, outside No. 25 Meadowbank Gardens;

(xxxiv) Morris Road, Isleworth, south-east side, outside Nos. 43 and 45 Morris Road;

(xxxv) Myrtle Avenue, Feltham, the north-east side, adjacent to No. 361 Hatton Road;

(xxxvi) Mrytle Avenue, Feltham, both sides, outside and adjacent to No. 32;

(xxxvii) Riverside Walk, Isleworth, both sides, outside Nos. 47 and 48 Riverside Walk, including the turning heads on the north and south sides of the restricted access by Sussex Avenue

(xxxviii) Riverside Walk, Isleworth, east side, opposite its junction with Sussex Avenue;

(xxxix) Swan Close, Feltham, the north-east side, outside the Swan Court resident’s car park;

(xl) Wellesley Road, Chiswick, the north side, at the rear of Nos. 10 to 18 Walpole Gardens;

(xli) Westbury Place, Brentford, both sides, adjacent to Nos. 44 and 42 Hamilton Road;

(xlii) Wheatley Road, Isleworth, the south-east side, outside Nos. 19 and 21 Wheatley Road;

(xliii) Wheatley Road, Isleworth, the north-west side, outside Nos. 10 and 12 Wheatley Road;

(xliv) Woodlands Road, Isleworth, the north-west side, from outside No. 142 Woodlands Road to the south-westernmost extremity of Woodlands Road (including the turning head);

(xlv) Woodlands Road, Isleworth, the south-east side, adjacent to Oaklands School at the south-westernmost end of Woodlands Road;

(b) Install no waiting and loading restrictions operating on Wednesdays 8am until Noon in Marlborough Road, Chiswick, the south-west side, adjacent to No. 637 Chiswick High Road;

(c) Install resident permit holders parking bay operating on Monday to Friday (inclusive of) 9am to 6pm and on Wednesday 8am to Noon in Marlborough Road, the south-west side, adjacent to No. 637 Chiswick High Road, the existing shared use bay at this location would be revoked;

(d) Westbury Place, the south-west side, revoke 5 metres of resident permit holders bay adjacent to No. 4 Hamilton Road;

(e) Westbury Place, the north-east side, relocate the existing disabled persons parking bay north-westwards by 5.5 metres;

(f) Amend the operational hours of the existing no waiting ‘single yellow lines’ so that they are operational Monday to Saturday (inclusive of) between 8am and 6.30pm throughout Bath Road;

(g) Field Lane, north-east side, install no waiting 8am to 6.30pm adjacent to No. 2 to 10 London Road, replacing the existing resident permit holders parking bay;

(h) Revoke existing no waiting at any time restrictions in Beavers Lane, the north-east side, opposite Nos. 82 to 86 Beavers Lane;

(i) In Field Lane, the south-west side, revoke 2.5 metres of existing resident permit holders parking bay opposite the side of No. 2 to 10 London Road, this would be replaced by no waiting at any time restrictions;

(j) Revoke single yellow line in Laburnum Grove, south-west side, adjacent to No. 238 Staines Road;

(k) Revoke existing underlying waiting restrictions at the locations mentioned in Section 2(a) of this notice;

(l) To make relevant admin-based changes to bring the orders in line with the existing restrictions on site (no changes made to site);

Documents giving further information of the proposed Orders can be viewed for a period of 21 days from the date of this Notice online at hounslow.gov.uk by typing in the term “traffic notices” in the search bar and at Hounslow Library, Hounslow House First Floor, 7 Bath Road, TW3 3EB or at The Reception of Hounslow House, Ground Floor, 7 Bath Road, TW3 3EB on Mondays and Thursdays between 9.30am and 8pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 9.30am and 5.30pm or on Sundays between 11.30am and 4.00pm.

4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing stating the grounds of their objection to the Assistant Director for Traffic, Transport and Parking, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW3 3EB or via email to trafficorders@hounslow.gov.uk quoting the reference TMO/P008/24, to be received no later than Friday, 26th July 2024.
