LONDON BOROUGH OF LAMBETH
PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE LAYOUT OF PARKING PLACES IN
KILLIESER AVENUE, ST FAITH’S ROAD AND THIRLMERE ROAD
[NOTE: This Notice is about proposals to make Orders to formally reduce or remove certain parking spaces in Killieser Avenue, St Faith’s Road and Thirlmere Road to accommodate the installation of vehicle crossovers (dropped kerbs). Objections or other comments may be made – see paragraph 6.]
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Lambeth proposes to make The Lambeth (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. *) Order 202* and The Lambeth (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No. *) Order 202* under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The general effect of the Orders would be to remove a length of parking space at each of the following locations and replace it with single yellow line waiting restrictions that would apply at the same time as the controlled parking zone operates in that road (the type of parking space is specified in brackets):-
(i) Killieser Avenue, the north-west side, outside No. 53 (shared use residents’ and pay by phone parking space);
(ii) St Faith’s Road, the north-east side, outside Nos, 16/16a (resident’s only parking space);
(iii) Thirlmere Road, the west side, outside No. 21 (shared use residents’ and pay by phone parking space).
3. The Orders are necessary to allow vehicle crossovers (dropped kerbs) to be installed, to enable vehicular access to properties with off street parking facilities.

A copy of each of the proposed Orders and other documents giving detailed particulars about them are available for inspection online at: https://streets.appyway.com/lambeth or www.lambeth.gov.uk/traffic-management-orders and at the offices of Lambeth Council’s Parking and Enforcement Group (Parking, Network Management & Fleet), 3rd Floor, Civic Centre, 6 Brixton Hill, London SW2 1EG, between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive (except on bank/public holidays), until the last day of a period of six weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders. 6.
