At a General Meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held on 28 June 2024, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter Allen (IP No. 9743) and Catherine Doran (IP No. 25130) both of Deloitte (NI) Limited, Lincoln Building, 27-45 Great Victoria Street, Belfast, BT2 7SL be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators of the company for the purposes of the winding-up."

At the subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 28 June 2024 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Peter Allen and Catherine Doran as Joint Liquidators.
