Take notice that a Bankruptcy Petition has been presented against you on 12 April 2024 by Hyndburn Borough Council C/O Greenhalgh Kerr Solicitors, Olympic House, Smithy Brook Road, Wigan, WN3 6PR (Ref: L0003577).

The Court by Order of Deputy District Judge Ikram of 31 May 2024 directed that the Petitioner shall send to the Debtor at 2 Hartmann Street, Accrington, BB5 1TB by first class pre-paid post a sealed copy of the petition and a sealed copy of the Order of Deputy District Judge Ikram of 31 May 2024 which has the date of the adjourned hearing indorsed upon it and for a copy of all the above documents to be inserted through the letter box that is attached to the gate at 2 Hartmann Street, Accrington, BB5 1TB, placed in a plastic wallet and secured to the front door of 2 Hartman Street Accrington, BB5 1TB and cause to be published in the London Gazette the date of presentation of the Petition and the place and time of the adjourned hearing of the Petition and this shall be deemed to be good and sufficient service of the said Petition on the Debtor on the 7th day after publication.

The further hearing of the Petition is adjourned to 5 August 2024 at 10.45 am at the County Court at Burnley, The Law Courts, Hammerton Street, Burnley, BB11 1XD.
