Notice is given under Rule 6.23 Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules") the Company held was placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation (insolvent liquidation) and Melissa Jackson (IP No. 9747) of Kennway Francis Limited, 8 High Street, Brentwood, Essex, CM14 4AB was appointed Liquidator by the creditors on 29 May 2024.

Notice is further given, that the creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 10 July 2024 by sending full details of their claims to the Liquidator at Kennway Francis Limited, 8 High Street, Brentwood, Essex, CM14 4AB. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Liquidator, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as may appear to the Liquidators to be necessary.
