Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 9 May 2024 as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Dermot Brendan Coakley (IP No. 6824) and Douglas John Pinteau (IP No. 19590) both of WSM Marks Bloom LLP, 2nd Floor, Shaw House, 3 Tunsgate, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 3QT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the Company. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time." At a subsequent meeting of creditors held on the same day Martin Maloney and Daniel Omerod of Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, 1A Elms Square, Bury New Road, Whitefield, Greater Manchester, M45 7TA were appointed as Joint Liquidators by the Company's creditors."
