Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 30th April 2024 removing the late Steven John Parker (IP number 8989) as Joint Liquidator in the cases listed in Appendices 1, 2 and 3 to this interlocutor relative to All & Sons Properties Limited, Bulkship Group Limited, Flowercard Scotland Limited, Hogganfield Care Limited, JAG Leisure (Scotland) Limited, Mason & Miles Limited, Merchant Homes Partnership Limited, Pound Express (Saltcoats) Ltd, Rok Agency Limited, Skye Care Limited, Teamtrainfitness Limited, Acrafab Limited, Beinn Energy Services Ltd, Benieva Hotel Trading Company Limited, Blackbell Bars Ltd, 123 Charger Limited, City Gas Tech Limited, Fishertrucks Limited, GM Garden Sales Limited, Hair By Boom Limited, International Centre For The Environment, Resource Management & Sustainability Ltd, Kai Hong Ltd, LA Joiners and Builders Limited, Lighthouse Super Ltd, L.J.E Marketing Ltd, NB Distillery Limited, Omakase 18 Limited, Party People Event Hire Ltd, Prestige School Wear Ltd, Redclyde Limited, Stevenswood Conservatories (Scotland) Ltd, and CSP Consulting Limited pursuant to section 108(2) and 171 of the 1986 Act and Rules 6.1 and 6.2 of the 2018 Rules;

1. appoints Charles Turner, Insolvency Practitioner, of Opus Restructuring LLP, 2 Manor Farm Court Old Wolverton Road, Old Wolverton, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, England, MK12 5NN to be appointed as Joint Liquidator in place of the late Steven John Parker in the cases listed in Appendices 1 and 2 pursuant to section 108(2) of the 1986 Act and Rules 6.1 and 6.2 of the 2018 Rules;

2. appoints Mark Harper, Insolvency Practitioner, of Opus Restructuring LLP, 9 George Square, Glasgow G2 1QQ be appointed as Joint Liquidator in place of the late Steven John Parker in the cases listed in Appendix 3 pursuant to section 108(2) of the 1986 Act and Rules 6.1 and 6.2 of the 2018 Rules; directs, in terms of section 231 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that anything required or authorised to be done by Trevor John Binyon and the Replacement Liquidators as the joint liquidators of the Companies be done by all or any of them;

3. appoints the petitioners to give notice of their appointments to the creditors and contributories of the Companies by advertisement in the Edinburgh Gazette within 28 days of today, in terms of rule 6.3(2)(b) of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018;
