Notice is hereby given that on 19th April 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Dumbarton craving the Court inter alia that URSPACE SCOTLAND LIMITED, with its Registered Office at 39 Burnside Crescent, Clydebank, G81 6QE be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Dumbarton by interlocutor dated 30th April 2024 ordained the said URSPACE SCOTLAND LIMITED, and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Church Street, Dumbarton within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
