A meeting of the shareholders of the above-named Company had been convened and held on 3 April 2024, when resolutions for the winding-up of the Company and the appointment of Joint Liquidators to act in a Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation were passed. The relevant notices of the passing of the resolution, the appointment of the Liquidators and to creditors to claim were published in the London Gazette on 8 April 2024.

Subsequently a procedural anomaly with the convening of the meeting has become apparent, and consequently the winding-up resolution and appointment have been deemed to be invalid. As a result of this the Company is not currently in liquidation, and the notices referred to above are hereby retracted in their entirety.
