Notice is hereby given that on 15 April 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by (First) Annmarie Kelly of LGBT Cooperative Limited, Office 2/3 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 1BP; (Second) Stuart Gardiner McPhail, of LGBT Cooperative Limited, Office 2/3 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 1BP; and (Third) Kasey Monroe, of LGBT Cooperative Limited, Office 2/3 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 1BP, as the Directors of LGBT Cooperative Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC618793) and having its Registered Office at LGBT Cooperative Limited Office 2/3 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 1BP (the “Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 15 April 2024; ordained all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement, and meantime appointed Duncan Raggett, Insolvency Practitioner, French Duncan LLP t/a AAB, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow, G3 8HB to be provisional liquidator of the Company with the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 for a limited period of 3 months from the date hereof (unless otherwise extended) or until the appointment of an interim liquidator to the said Company, whichever shall first occur; all of which notice is hereby given.
