A Petition to wind up the above-named company of LWL Civil Engineering & Aggregate Ltd (Company Number 14555390) of Suite 1 Days Farm Days Lane, Pilgrims Hatch, Brentwood, England, CM15 9SL whose nature of business is development of building projects, construction of commercial buildings, construction of roads and motorways and construction of other civil engineering projects not elsewhere classified, presented on 21 March 2024 by MABEY HIRE LIMITED, Scout Hill, Ravensthorpe, Dewsbury, WF13 3EJ claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 8 May 2024 at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
