Notice is hereby given that on 4 April 2024, an Application was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court (court reference EDI-SQ95-23) by KADDEER ASLAM AKA MOHAMMAD KADDEER ASLAM, 73 Baberton Mains Drive, Edinburgh, EH14 3DA for inter alia an Order in accordance with Sections 29 and 30 of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016 to recall the award of Sequestration granted against him at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on 15 February 2024; and in which Application the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 5 April 2024 appointed any party claiming an interest, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within 7 days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which Notice is hereby given..
