Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that as of 31 December 2023, Mars GmbH has transferred its interest as a limited partner in Pramerica Real Estate Capital IV, L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP015495, to Hansainvest Hanseatische Investment GmbH acting in its own name for the account of Mars Anlagen which has been admitted as a new limited partner in the Partnership.
