NOTICE UNDER THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS ABROAD LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME (“THE SCHEME”)

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustee of the Scheme intends to wind up the Scheme after securing the benefits for all members with an insurer.

If you are or were a member of the Scheme at any time, or a spouse, civil partner, child or other dependant of such person, you may have a claim to benefits under the Scheme.

The Trustee of the Scheme has taken all reasonable steps to contact the members and beneficiaries of the Scheme for whom they have records. During April an announcement will be sent to those members and beneficiaries whose benefits under the Scheme have been identified. If you do not receive the announcement from the Trustee and you have or think that you may have a right to benefits from the Scheme, you should provide written details of your claim (specifying your full name, address and providing particulars and any evidence of your membership of the Scheme) to:

DATE OF CLAIM DEADLINE

The last date for sending in a claim is 4th June 2024.

Note: If you do not notify us of your possible right to benefits on or before 4th June 2024 you will lose any rights you may have to claim those benefits.

After the two-month period, the Trustee will finalise securing benefits for any remaining beneficiaries having regard only to claims and interests of which they have prior notice. After this date, the Trustee shall not be liable to any person of whose claim they have not had notice.

Members of the Scheme and other beneficiaries whom the Trustee has already contacted need not respond to this notice as their interests have already been noted.
