The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (South West) (No. 03) Order 2024" authorising the stopping up of 2 part widths of Byway Open to All Traffic – Winterslow 94 at Winterslow, Salisbury, in Wiltshire. This is to enable development as permitted by Wiltshire Council, under reference PL/2021/09194.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SW/S247/5607). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Wiltshire Council Local Office, The Council House, Bourne Hill, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 3UZ.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 21 March 2024.
