I, Roderick Julian Jones (Insolvency Practitioner No 8715), was appointed to act as the Liquidator of Richmond & Virgo Limited with effect from 21st April 2011.

Creditors who have not already submitted a Proof containing the information required by Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 and setting out their details and details of their claims against Richmond & Virgo Limited in the Winding Up proceedings are required to do so on or before Sunday 31st March 2024 which shall be the last date for proving.

In addition to the information provided by a Creditor in any Proof containing the information required by Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 the Trustee in Bankruptcy may require the Creditor to produce any document or other evidence which the Trustee in Bankruptcy considers necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim.
