A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at 28 Church Road, Stanmore, Middlesex, England, HA7 4XR presented on the 2 February 2024 by REVLON INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION whose Office is at Greater London House, London, Hampstead Road, NW1 7QX claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 26th day of March 2024 at 10.00 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard).
