A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:
1. “That the Administrator requests for an uplift of his fees be approved on the basis of time costs, to a limit of £85,119.75, such time costs to be charged at the hourly charge out rate of the grade of staff undertaking the work at the time it was undertaken”.
