Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 6.14 and 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Moulan Zahir Director of the above-named Company (the ‘convener(s)’) is seeking a decision from creditors on the nomination of a Liquidator by way of a virtual meeting.
