A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at Town Hall 1st Floor, Cheapside, Settle, England, BD24 9EJ presented on the 15 January 2024 by PESTELL FVA LTD whose Registered Office is at Samples Farm Ashfield Green, Wickhambrook, Newmarket, England, CB8 8UZ claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 27th day of February 2024 at 10.00 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard).
