A Petition to wind up the above-named Company Registered No 12696232 of 83 Friar Gate, Derby, DE1 1FL (formerly of 18 Riley Close, Royal Oak Industrial Estate, Daventry, NN11 8QT), presented on 21 December 2023 by the Director of UK (RUBBER) RECYCLING LTD (the Company) will be heard at Derby County Court, Morledge, Derby, DE1 2XE on 20 February 2024 at 12.15pm (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 19 February 2024.
