“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, under section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that, subject to the passing of Resolution 1, Mark Smith (IP No. 28790) and Stephen Cork (IP No. 8627) both of Cork Gully LLP, 40 Villiers Street, London, WC2N 6NJ and licensed insolvency practitioners (as defined in Section 338 of the Insolvency Act 1986), be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of winding up the Company’s affairs and distributing its assets and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
