THE GLASGOW CITY COUNCIL (WALLACEWELL ROAD, WALLACEWELL NORTHERN SERVICE ROAD, BROOMFIELD ROAD AND BALORNOCK SERVICE ROAD) (REDETERMINATION OF MEANS OF EXERCISE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF PASSAGE) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on 08 February 2024 the Glasgow City Council in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 71(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984, as amended, made and confirmed the above named Order.
The effect of the Order is stated in Notice 4487505 in the Edinburgh Gazette Number 28887 dated 17 November 2023 and the Glasgow Times dated 17 November 2023.
A copy of the Order and map thereto are available for public inspection 9am – 4pm between 09 February 2024 and 22 March 2024, Monday to Friday inclusive at:-
Reception, Exchange House, 231 George Street, Glasgow, G1 1RX.
A copy of the Order and map thereto will also be available for public inspection at www.glasgow.gov.uk/proposedtro.
The Order comes into operation on 04 March 2024
