Notice is hereby given that the Authority has, pursuant to the above Act this day cancelled the registration of the following societies:

Irlam and Cadishead Savings and Credit Union Limited (Register no. 365 C) the registered office of which is at St John's Vicarage, Vicarage Road, Manchester, M44 6WA at its request.
The credit union ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered credit union, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the credit union, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.

Notice is hereby given that the Financial Conduct Authority has, pursuant to the Friendly Societies Act 1974, cancelled the registration of the following societies on the dates as shown below:

Lewistown Athletic Social Club (Register no. 2425 W) the registered office of which is at Lewistown, Ogmore Vale, Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan, CF32 7HU. The grounds of the cancellation are that the society has wilfully violated section 91 of the Friendly Societies Act 1974 by not submitting to the Authority any annual returns acceptable for filing for the society’s financial years ending 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
Each society listed above ceases to be entitled to the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
