Notice is hereby given, for the purposes of section 36(2) of the Partnership Act 1890, that MDP Fund LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland under the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 with registered number SL008995, has been dissolved with effect from 31 January 2024.

MDP GP LLP, as general partner
