At a General Meeting of the above named company held at 128 Ashbourne Road, Derby, DE22 3AG on 23 January 2024, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and an ordinary resolution, respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Fender (IP No. 6898) and Sandra Fender (IP No. 23272) both of Sanderlings LLP, Sanderlings, Becketts Farm, Alcester Road, Birmingham, B47 6AJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”

At the subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 23 January 2024 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Andrew Fender and Sandra Fender as Joint Liquidators.
