This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Administrator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Ian Lawrence Goodhew, of Voscap Limited, 67 Grosvenor Street, Mayfair, London, W1K 3JN.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That the administrators’ proposals be approved on the condition that the administration is to be concluded within a 30 day period and that the company should thereafter be placed into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation and 2. That Mr Richard Easterby and Mr Lee Brocklehurst of Quantuma Advisory Ltd be appointed to act as joint liquidators to the company.
