NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Paragraph 52 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that an initial meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at FRP Advisory Edinburgh, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD on 5 January 2024 at 10:30am.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider the resolutions which include; approving Joint Administrators' proposals, fixing the basis of the Joint Administrators' remuneration, the Joint Administrators' pre-administration costs and the Joint Administrators' disbursements.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must ensure that their proxy forms, together with a full statement of claim, are sent to the offices of FRP Advisory Edinburgh, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD (or by e-mail to ryan.spinks@frpadvisory.com), not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting.
