“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Avner Radomsky and Simon Renshaw, both of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire WD6 1QQ, (IP Nos 12290 and 9712) be and is hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.”
