Go-Ahead Scottish Limited Partnership (SL013471) having its registered office at Collins House, Rutland Square, Edinburgh, EH1 2AA hereby gives notice on behalf of the Partnership that The Go-Ahead Group Trustee Company Limited (02125799) ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership on 21 December 2023 and, with effect from that date, 100% of their interest in the Partnership was assigned to Go-Ahead Holding Limited (06352308).
